Brass Envelope Cigarette Case circa 1939
This is one classy cigarette case. Dated 1939, with a New York World’s Fair three cent postage stamp, the brass envelope looks like it just arrived in the mail slot of your front door. It opens up to reveal a space for your cigarettes, which would need to be cut a tad short in order to fit. It can also hold some bills and your credit cards or perhaps a very thin phone. The best part is that it belonged to the beloved painter Henry Koehler. 3 inches by 5 inches.
