Chinese Celadon Ovoid Vase, Ming Dynasty Style

This is a beautiful example of Longquan celadon vase, featuring the pale green color of glazed pottery favored during the Ming Dynasty. The pottery had incised designs where the glaze would fill in giving a darker color. 

This is a contemporary example of Longquan celadon in the Ming Dynasty style. 7” x 6”.
